- Description Thomas, the Ramsey Town Cat and proud holder of the Freedom of the Town, has inspired the launch of the Farmers Combine Community Fund, a new initiative created to support groups, and charities within the local community. Thomas was found as a kitten at the Farmers Combine, where he was taken in and cared for by staff. Over time, he became a familiar and much-loved presence not just at the Combine, but throughout Ramsey. In recognition of his place in the heart of the town, Thomas was formally granted the Freedom of the Town. To support the Community Fund, a series of limited-edition fundraising sweet bags has been launched. The first release, Thomas’s Valentine Heart Sweet Treat Bag, will be available in-store and online at the Farmers Combine from 2 February, priced at £5 per bag. Production is limited to 150 bags per month.
