- DescriptionI’m very pleased to offer this wonderful opportunity: ONE pan-style 2-shade chandelier! TWO pan-style sconces! And all with glass floral shades!Pan-style fixtures were very popular for decades, from about 1905 to 1935, and used in all style homes. The shades on this set feature large flowers and leaves. A historical curiosity is evident in that the colors of the flowers are different on each shade. All are pinky/red, but the intensity differs for each shade. I find this kind of curiosity charming and appealing. The fixtures are mostly stamped brass, and with cast brass components like the arms. Note how the arms of the chandelier match same on the sconces. The wiring is new of course and cloth-covered like the original. This set is ideal for most homes built before, say, 1935, and perfect for a medium-ish dining room, foyer, or bedroom.Wholly restored and with new wiring, this set is ready to hang, and comes with all the mounting hardware needed!DETAILS: The fixtures accept standard base 60W bulbs. Clear dimmable LED bulbs would work well. Each socket has an on/off turn-key switch. COLOR: The main finish is champagne bronze. There are bits of brass. The shades are frosted white with green leaves and various shades of red/pink flowers. SIZE: The chandelier hangs down about 28-inches. I can adjust this up/down. The fixture is about 19-inches wide, shade to shade edge. The sconces are 12-inches high. The back-plates are 4-1/8-inches wide. The sconces project about 6-inches. All the fitters are 2-1/4-inches. CONDITION: The shades have the standard small chips to the fitting ends. This cannot be seen. One large shade has some loss to the white frosting, and a tiny chip to the ribbed outer edge. The stamped brass bodies were painted originally, I have replicated the finish and color. The turn-key sockets are original, in fine shape, and with new paper insulators and cloth wiring. The chandelier chain was corroded. The new chain matches the original. SHIPPING: Insured shipping in the Continental US will be…FREE!
