- DescriptionI’m very pleased to offer this extraordinary PAIR of sconces!This listing is for two matching fixtures. I am guessing their age to be circa-1910.The sconces are quite large (see last image with another sconce for comparison), and are an impressive 18-inches high.And the Astral-style shades! Wow. Wow! The shades are stunning, and feature classic grape/vine designs cut into the glass.The sconces are extremely rare; I have never previously offered them.I only but gently polished the mottled patina.Wholly restored and with new sockets and wiring, this set is ready to hang, and comes with all the mounting hardware needed!DETAILS:Each sconce accepts a 100W standard base bulb.Each sconces has an on/off switch. As I do not trust old switches I deactivated these. If this feature is important please contact me.COLOR: Brass with patina. Frosted white glass. SIZE: See above. As well, the shades are 7-1/2inches high, almost 7-wide, and with a 3-1/4-inch fitter. The sconces project 9-1/2-inches. The wall plate is 4-5/8-inches wide by 6-1/4-inches high. CONDITION:The only issue is the standard chipping to the fitting ends of the shades.
